Tomato & Onion Launches 'Summer Dessert Fair' Featuring New 'Frasoftino®' Collaborations with 'Yukimi Daifuku' and 'Suika Bar Ice'

Tomato & Associates, Inc. (Headquarters: Nishinomiya, Hyogo; CEO: Keisuke Sasamura), operator of the American dining restaurant chain Tomato & Onion, will launch a limited-time 'Summer Dessert Fair' starting Thursday, May 21, 2026.

In addition to its popular 'Frasoftino®' desserts made with plentiful fruit pulp, the fair will introduce limited-edition flavors with a more 'adult' taste profile.

About 'Frasoftino®' 'Frasoftino®' is an original dessert developed by Tomato & Onion. The name is a portmanteau of 'frappé' and 'soft-serve ice cream'. It consists of two layers: a frappé on top and soft-serve ice cream on the bottom.
