To commemorate this special milestone, we will release the 'Tsubakiya Coffee 30th Anniversary Blend' starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This blend features the finest 'Panama Geisha' specialty coffee from the prestigious Hartman Farm, personally selected by the siphonist who won the Japan Siphonist Championship (JSC) 2025. The Ethiopian base further enhances its elegant aroma. Please enjoy the multi-layered, floral, and fruity finish. While maintaining our founding concept of 'providing a relaxing time in an atmosphere of the good old days, away from the daily grind,' Tsubakiya Coffee will continue to evolve.
