Goka Town, Ibaraki Prefecture, has been considering the utilization of the former Goka Higashi Elementary School site, which closed in March 2024. This time, with the aim of creating regional vibrancy and promoting exchange among visitors from both within and outside the town, a basic agreement was signed on February 17, 2026, with Carelitz & Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Takehiro Miyamoto; hereinafter referred to as "the company").

Moving forward, discussions will proceed based on this basic agreement. The former Goka Higashi Elementary School will be developed into a facility that effectively utilizes its existing buildings, equipped with seminar rooms for table tennis training camps and corporate training, a restaurant, accommodation rooms, and hot spring facilities. The operation of each facility is planned to accommodate users from both within and outside the town.
