[Samukawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture] Samukawa Cherry Blossom Festival 2026

We are hosting an event where you can enjoy a full day under the cherry blossoms in full bloom at 'Samukawa Central Park.'

Samukawa Central Park is home to over 70 Somei Yoshino cherry trees, which bloom magnificently every spring. In particular, the 'Cherry Blossom Tunnel,' where branches stretch out to form an arch over a 100-meter stretch along the jogging course, is one of the town's premier cherry blossom viewing spots, attracting many visitors from both inside and outside the town.

Part 1 of the event will feature food trucks, craft shops, and workshops, while the outdoor stage will host dance and singing performances. After sunset, Part 2 will feature a light-up of the 'Cherry Blossom Tunnel.' We are planning a magical and dramatic presentation using colorful lighting.

This year in Samukawa Town, please enjoy the special, full-blooming cherry blossoms to your heart's content, both day and night.
