Toyo Technica Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshiya Kono) will exhibit at the '52nd Plant Maintenance Show,' held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days starting Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

This exhibition is one of the component events of 'Maintenance Resilience 2026' and is a B2B specialized exhibition dedicated to showcasing technologies and services for plant maintenance. (Booth Number: 1-C21 / East Exhibition Hall 1)

At this exhibition, Toyo Technica will present solutions that enable effective condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of machinery through vibration and oil analysis, contributing to customers' digital transformation (DX) initiatives. The company will display wireless sensor systems capable of high-sampling-frequency data measurement despite their compact and lightweight design, as well as instruments that can measure particles (wear debris) in lubricating oil online. Live demonstrations using actual equipment will also be available.

【Main Exhibits】

● Wireless Sensor System (Manufactured by Broadsens)

A predictive maintenance solution that wirelessly measures various data such as vibration and temperature with high accuracy. It can acquire and transmit acceleration data at a maximum high sampling frequency of 25.6 kHz. It also supports real-time FFT analysis※1 through edge computing (a technology that processes data on-site), enabling visualization of equipment conditions by simply attaching the wireless sensor to the target object.

● Oil Particle Counter 'PI-1000' (Manufactured by Toyo Technica)

A device that measures the size and quantity of wear debris in lubricating oil used in machinery, equipment, and component durability testing machines, monitoring early signs of abnormalities in gears and bearings. It can measure the number of particles in the 5–150 µm size range at the micron level, enabling condition monitoring even before vibrations or other abnormalities become apparent. In addition to adopting the proven laser light blockage method, it features a proprietary degassing device and built-in oil pump, enabling stable, long-duration unattended measurement.
