TOYO Engineering Corporation (President and CEO: Eiji Hosoi, “TOYO”) announced that it has established the Global Digital Operation Center (GDOC) at its Indian subsidiary, Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (Toyo-India), effective April 1, 2026. This initiative is aimed at further strengthening the digital operations and maintenance framework for the entire TOYO Group.
TOYO is committed to enhancing corporate value by strengthening its group management foundation, including improving overall group productivity.
As part of this effort, back-office functions related to IT operations and maintenance, such as IT service desks and application operations, which have been dispersed across various group companies, will be consolidated at the GDOC. The goal is to establish a globally efficient digital operation system centered at Toyo-India and provide shared services to group companies.
Toyo-India, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, serves as TOYO Group's largest base and will lead the strengthening of the digital operation infrastructure and improvement of business efficiency through the GDOC. TOYO strives to enhance group management and global business competitiveness.
