Toyota Tsusho Corporation (hereinafter: Toyota Tsusho) will open its in-house studio, "ToyoTube SHINAGAWA STUDIO," at its Tokyo headquarters (Minato-ku, Tokyo) on April 1, 2026, with the goal of revitalizing communication among employees.
In its Medium-Term Business Plan (FY2026–FY2028), Toyota Tsusho has set forth "Corporate Value Enhancement through Dimensional Elevation" and has positioned "Human Resources and Organization" as one of the four pillars of this elevation. In an era of rapid digitalization and AI advancement, the company believes that the value of people speaking in their own words, live, and sharing their thoughts—rather than simply conveying information accurately—is higher than ever. Toyota Tsusho aims to become a vibrant, living organization where creativity is awakened by visualizing the diverse backgrounds, unique strengths, and on-site challenges of each employee, thereby generating empathy and inspiration.
With this philosophy in mind, "ToyoTube SHINAGAWA STUDIO" was designed as the "heart" of the company—a sacred place for its video platform and an epicenter of information. By having officers and employees speak and express themselves, and by intersecting diverse "extraordinary talents" from global sites, the studio will use the power of audio and video to convey the stories of awakened employees taking center stage—stories that have not been fully told until now. Starting with "ToyoTube SHINAGAWA STUDIO," employees will co-create as creators, accelerating the dimensional elevation of the "70,000-person grand brigade."
