Transcosmos entered Sapporo City in 1980 and now operates 16 locations with approximately 6,500 employees, providing customer experience (CX) services such as contact center and digital marketing services, as well as BPO services. This donation reflects the company’s strong alignment with Sapporo City’s policy of supporting people with disabilities and promoting their independence. It also expresses gratitude to the local government for its long-term support of Transcosmos’ operations and aims to support initiatives in the community where many employees reside.

The donated funds will be used for Sapporo City’s 'Digital Reskilling for Persons with Disabilities' employment support program, specifically to conduct training courses that help individuals with disabilities working in general companies acquire advanced ICT skills such as website creation and programming. By co-creating new initiatives to promote employment of people with disabilities, Transcosmos aims to contribute to building a sustainable society.

Transcosmos is committed to expanding its social impact by addressing social challenges and maximizing societal well-being. As a strategic SX partner, the company will continue to utilize the corporate hometown tax system to express gratitude to employees and local communities and support municipal initiatives as part of its SDGs efforts.
