WILLER EXPRESS Co., Ltd. is strengthening the recruitment and training of highway bus drivers, including foreign nationals, to address the shortage of drivers in the bus industry and the need to maintain regional transportation, while also responding to the surge in inbound demand. At its in-house training facility, 'WILLER LABO,' the company will train drivers under strict standards that prioritize both 'safety' and 'high-quality customer service,' regardless of nationality. As a first step, seven candidates from the Philippines enrolled on June 1, 2026. The company provides end-to-end support, including Japanese language acquisition, living assistance, and workplace integration, to create an environment where diverse talent can thrive. Future recruitment is planned from Indonesia, Nepal, Uzbekistan, and India.
