Real Estate Big Data Platform 'R.E.DATA' Integrates with AI Valuation System 'Sambo-kun'

TRUSTART Inc., a developer of the 'R.E.DATA' platform supporting real estate DX through AI and big data, has launched a system integration with the AI valuation system 'Sambo-kun' provided by Studio LOC LLC, effective May 26, 2026.

In the real estate industry, prospecting property owners has traditionally been split into two manual phases: data acquisition and proposal creation. This integration allows Sambo-kun users to transition seamlessly to R.E.DATA via Single Sign-On (SSO) to search and acquire property registry information. The acquired data is then automatically synced back to Sambo-kun, enabling a unified workflow from property research to client proposal.

Sambo-kun is a high-precision AI valuation engine used by hundreds of real estate firms across Japan, while R.E.DATA specializes in digitalizing analog property and corporate information. This collaboration is expected to directly enhance productivity and results for real estate professionals by eliminating fragmented manual tasks.
