TRY International Inc. (Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba; President & CEO: FUMIYUKI TADOKORO), operator of the miso ramen specialty restaurant 'Menba Tadokoro Shoten,' announced the launch of 'Okinawa Miso Ramen,' a limited-time product incorporating Okinawan food culture, available at participating stores nationwide from Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The 'Okinawa Miso Ramen' is a bowl that leverages the mellow sweetness and richness of Okinawan miso, inspired by Okinawa's food culture. The limited-time menu, available at participating stores nationwide starting in April, follows a style that has been well-received in the past, topped with mozuku seaweed and pickled red ginger. The gentle texture of the mozuku and the refreshing accent of the red ginger enhance the richness of the miso, creating a light and enjoyable aftertaste.

Meanwhile, the 'Okinawa Miso Ramen' offered as a regular menu item at 'Menba Tadokoro Shoten Okinawa Ginowan Store' is an exclusive version for that store, featuring bonito flakes and universal green onions. The aroma and umami of the bonito flakes, combined with the flavor of the green onions, overlap with the gentle taste of Okinawan miso, allowing customers to enjoy a different expression of the same 'Okinawa Miso Ramen.'

This initiative aims to once again deliver the charm of the 'Okinawa Miso Ramen' as a limited-time product sold nationwide, while also showcasing the deep flavor of Okinawan miso through the exclusive regular menu at the Okinawa Ginowan store. An experience to be enjoyed seasonally, and another to be savored at the local store. We propose the appeal of Okinawan miso in two styles.

Under the belief that 'Miso is a treasure of the Japanese people,' our company has expressed the unique characteristics of miso from different regions in a single bowl of ramen.

Moving forward, we will continue to promote the appeal of Japan's diverse miso culture and spread the value of 'Miso = Health' both domestically and internationally.
