Forget-me-nots' First Collaboration Model with adidas Originals, "FORUM SQ W," to Be Released

Forget-me-nots, a select shop exclusively for women, will release its first collaboration model with adidas Originals, the "FORUM SQ W," on July 18, 2026 (Sat).

The collaboration is based on the "FORUM CUBISM," a newly updated style of the "FORUM," which originated as a basketball shoe in 1984.

Unified in a soft beige from the upper to the sole, and leveraging the texture of high-quality suede, the shoe is finished to express femininity where street style and elegance harmonize.

The sharp impression created by the square toe and prominent heel is combined with warm materials, resulting in a design that embodies both strength and suppleness. In addition to off-white, replacement shoelaces in brown and red are included, allowing for free updates to a personal expression that matches the mood or style of the day.

The forget-me-not flower, which is the origin of the shop's name, is a flower that blooms with dignity in any environment, each possessing a unique beauty.
