TSK San-in Chuo Television (Headquarters: Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, President: Ryūemon Tabe, hereinafter TSK), a commercial broadcaster, and Asahi Foods Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nangoku City, Kochi Prefecture, President: Hiroyuki Takeuchi, hereinafter Asahi Foods), a major food wholesaler, have collaborated on the fourth installment of their joint regional revitalization project. Under the supervision of "Ramen Goku," a popular restaurant located in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, they have meticulously developed a product that captures the essence of its signature "Beef Bone Salt Ramen." Sales will commence sequentially in supermarkets and mass retailers within Shimane and Tottori Prefectures starting in early August 2026.

This project aims to accelerate the expansion of demand for agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in the San-in region, develop new products utilizing local resources, and broaden sales channels both domestically and internationally. This is achieved by combining TSK's media operation expertise and content planning capabilities with Asahi Foods' nationwide distribution network and product development strength. Both companies will continue to engage in product and business development, contributing to the revitalization of the regional economy.

[Comment from Mr. Matsuda, TSK San-in Chuo Television Representative]

"My passion is to discover and refine the 'true value' hidden within regional specialties that have not yet received attention, and ingredients that embody the passion and stories of their producers. Then, I want to deliver that brilliance as a masterpiece that creates the future of food, not only to Japanese dining tables but also to global ones, thereby blowing a new wind into the local communities behind them and igniting hope for the future. The 'Ramen Goku Beef Bone Salt Ramen' developed this time is a dish that embodies that very aspiration and hope, made possible through the cooperation of the popular restaurant 'Ramen Goku' in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture. We hope to continue pursuing the infinite possibilities of food and share that excitement with many people."
