TSK Sanin Chuo Television Acquires Shares of Hishino Engineering Co., Ltd.

San-in Chuo Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (140-1 Mukaijima-cho, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture; President and CEO: Tajibe Uemon, hereinafter referred to as 'TSK Sanin Chuo Television') has acquired all shares of Hishino Engineering Co., Ltd. (605 Ikuwa, Higashiizumo-cho, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture; President and CEO: Masakazu Igarashi, hereinafter referred to as 'Hishino Engineering') from Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. With this share acquisition, Hishino Engineering becomes a member of the TSK Group. The company name will be changed to 'TSK Hishino Engineering Co., Ltd.' effective October 1.

The TSK Group, centered on TSK Sanin Chuo Television, has been expanding its business in agriculture by leveraging regional resources, including the establishment of TSK Noen Co., Ltd. in April 2023, a group company focused on agribusiness. The integration of Hishino Engineering into the TSK Group is expected to create synergies by combining the company’s long-standing technical expertise and know-how in agriculture, enabling the creation of new agricultural value.

TSK Sanin Chuo Television and the TSK Group will strengthen collaboration with Hishino Engineering and continue to pursue regional development initiatives across diverse fields beyond their traditional business domains.
