P. Djèlí Clark

Born in New York in 1971. Raised in Houston, but spent his early childhood in his parents' native Trinidad and Tobago. He is currently an assistant professor of history at the University of Connecticut. In 2020, his novella 'Ring Shout' won the Nebula Award, Locus Award, and British Fantasy Award. His first novel, 'The Black God's Drums' (2021), won four awards: the Nebula Award, Locus Award, Ignyte Award, and Compton Crook Award. The Japanese translation was selected as the No. 1 overseas work in 'Best SF 2024' for 'SF ga Yomitai! 2025' (Hayakawa Publishing).

Yasuko Kaji

Graduated from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Letters and Sciences, Tokyo Woman's Christian University. Translator.
