Embodying Taiyo Group's 'Power to Follow Through' and 'Co-creation': Joint New Employee Training Conducted

On April 24, 2026, the Taiyo Group, consisting of Taiyo Kogyo, TSP Taiyo, and Aktio, conducted a leadership simulation training called the 'Everest Training' for 32 new employees. Held at the livedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK, the program uses a Harvard Business School simulation to teach decision-making and teamwork under extreme conditions. The cross-company teams had to share restricted information and overcome virtual difficulties to 'summit' Everest, aiming to foster the group's core values of perseverance and co-creation under the 'One Taiyo' vision.
