A New Garden Opens: 'Koh and Wind Garden' Debuts at Toya Lake Tsuruga Resort Koh no Uta on July 16

(Headquarters: 4-6-10 Akan-ko Onsen, Akan-cho, Kushiro City, Hokkaido / President and CEO: Nozomu Onishi) has opened the 'Koh and Wind Garden' on July 16, 2026, within the premises of 'Toya Lake Tsuruga Resort Koh no Uta.' The garden features various themed areas, each with its own unique charm, allowing visitors to enjoy leisurely strolls and photo opportunities amidst seasonal flowers and trees. Both hotel guests and general visitors are welcome.

Garden Highlights

The garden features a variety of themed areas, including the 'Rose Garden' with its beautiful climbing rose arches, the 'Herb Garden' with a photogenic brick wall featuring a large round window, and the 'Chess Garden' where guests can play life-sized chess. Also featured are uniquely designed 'Hobbit Houses' made of brick, wood, and stone, and a scenic hilltop photo spot offering views of Showa-shinzan. The garden's appearance changes with the seasons and time of day. A garden event is scheduled for August 30.
