Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., JCOM Co., Ltd., and Tully's Coffee Japan Co., Ltd. established the area management organization 'Sagamiohno Minna no Kyogikai (nickname: Onomin)' in April 2026, with the goal of creating a continuous axis of vibrancy from the Sagamiohno Station (Kanagawa Prefecture) area to the Ohno Cross Plaza within the Proud Tower Sagamiohno Cross site and Sagamiohno Central Park.

We are pleased to announce that we held the 'Oonominna de Festival,' a circulatory community-opening event, in the area around Sagamiohno Station for two days on May 15 (Fri) and May 16 (Sat), 2026.

1. About the area management organization 'Sagamiohno Minna no Kyogikai (Onomin)'

'Sagamiohno Minna no Kyogikai' is led by Nomura Real Estate (developer of 'Proud Tower Sagamiohno Cross'), JCOM (operator of Ohno Cross Plaza), and Tully's Coffee Japan (operator of the cafe in Sagamiohno Central Park). The goal is to form a continuous axis of vibrancy from Sagamiohno Station to the Ohno Cross Plaza and Sagamiohno Central Park. By connecting scattered resources such as stations, commercial facilities, and parks, and promoting area management through public-private-local cooperation, it aims to enhance the overall value of the area surrounding Sagamiohno Station.

2. About the event

This event was designed to make Sagamiohno residents the protagonists, connecting and rediscovering the charm and activities of the town. For two days, participants toured four areas: Proud Tower Sagamiohno Cross Ohno Cross Plaza, Corridor Street, Sagamiohno Central Park, and Sagami Women's University Green Hall, engaging with various activities.

Through markets and food services utilizing the lawn space (Ohno Cross Plaza), approximately 4,000 people attended over the two days, including those returning from work, families, and those spending their holidays in Sagamiohno.

'Sagamiohno Minna no Kyogikai' plans to hold events periodically in the future.
