Rare Reptiles and Small Animals from Around the World Gather in Sendai! 'Sendai Reptiles World 2026' to be Held on June 20-21!

The Sendai Reptiles World Executive Committee will hold 'Sendai Reptiles World 2026' at the Sun Festa industrial trade fair hall on June 20 and 21, 2026. This event, held across the 1st and 3rd floors of Sun Festa, is one of the largest reptile events in the Tohoku region. On the 1st floor, over 70 booths will exhibit, selling reptiles, amphibians, breeding supplies, and accessories featuring exotic animals. A food corner offering wild game dishes such as bear and wild boar will also be available, with 'Matagi-yaki' being served for the first time. On stage, a talk show by chameleon YouTuber Fujipiko and new product introductions by Kyorin and Kamihata Fish Industry are planned. On the 3rd floor, visitors can enjoy hands-on content, including interacting with rare creatures and workshops such as making 'Leather-saurus' and 'Moss Terrariums.'
