Notice of Basic Agreement on Capital and Business Alliance between Twin Engine and SBI Holdings

Background and Objectives

Twin Engine is a production company that integrates all functions related to animation, including planning, production, marketing, and distribution. Under its 'Studio First' strategy, it is one of Japan's largest production groups with 18 studio units. Its original title, 'Chokaguya-hime!', was a massive hit, entering Netflix’s Top 10 for 11 consecutive weeks and exceeding 2.5 billion yen in box office revenue.

SBI Holdings has expanded its 'Neo-Media Ecosystem' globally by acquiring various entertainment companies. This alliance aligns with both parties' strategic objectives to create and cultivate global IPs.
