About Trunk Room "Spelab"

Spelab operates over 700 stores and 22,000 indoor trunk rooms (rental storage spaces) primarily in Tokyo and Osaka.

Amidst rising real estate prices, living spaces in urban areas are limited, and homes are becoming more streamlined. However, cherished items filled with memories, such as hobby equipment, seasonal clothing, or Hina dolls and Christmas trees used only a few times a year, do not become unnecessary.

Trunk room "Spelab" allows non-face-to-face viewing (by appointment), and contracts and cancellations can be completed online.

To meet the non-contact/non-face-to-face needs corresponding to the "with Corona" era, we have adopted online applications based on customer feedback for those who want to use the service immediately.
