Unipos Inc. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which draws out the power of people and organizations to solve organizational challenges, will add a "Posting Advice Feature" to its peer bonus® service "Unipos" starting Tuesday, April 7, 2026. This feature is the first in a series of new features for managers. Primarily targeting managers, AI will support the verbalization of commendations through dialogue. Instead of AI ghostwriting the text, the design aims to draw out the poster's own thoughts, addressing managers' reluctance to praise due to difficulty in finding words. This feature will be provided to all companies adopting Unipos at no additional cost.

※This can only be used by users granted organizational administrator privileges.

Development Background: Eliminating "I don't know how to praise" and making successful implementation examples reproducible in the product

At companies implementing the peer bonus® service "Unipos," many managers have voiced concerns such as "I know what points to praise, but it's difficult to put into words" or "I can't continue because I feel embarrassed or lack vocabulary." Furthermore, while the importance of praising others in management is understood, the practice of doing so is currently left to the individual manager's efforts.

A hint to change this situation was found in the utilization case of one of our adopting companies, Kotohira Kogyo Co., Ltd. In their company, managers who felt they were "not good at praising" used Unipos to make commendations a habit, leading to outcomes that resulted in behavioral changes on the ground. The background for developing this feature is to incorporate this initiative not as a single example, but as a mechanism that all user companies can practice "naturally and without stress."

Feature Description: The AI serves solely as an "elicitor."

The "Posting Advice Feature" does not have the AI "automatically generate (ghostwrite)" text; instead, it adopts a supportive design that "elicits" the poster's own memories and emotions.

Based on our proprietary "how to praise" know-how, the AI supports by guiding "how to write so that it becomes a commendation that conveys to the recipient."

When attempting to convey gratitude or praise, the AI will ask questions like the following:

・ What action of theirs left an impression on you?

・ How did that action change you or those around you?

・ If you were to express that action in one word, what comes to mind?

By simply answering these questions, users can organize their vague feelings of gratitude or praise in their minds into concrete, warm "words" that celebrate the recipient's achievements or actions.

This feature was first introduced to approximately 800 employees within our group companies. Over 90% of employees who responded to the post-usage survey indicated that it became "easier to write."
