Launched limited-quantity special T-shirts with 5 photographers. 'TINYVICES ARCHIVES' held at URBAN RESEARCH KYOTO

URBAN RESEARCH's flagship store, URBAN RESEARCH KYOTO, will hold a curation event titled "TINYVICES ARCHIVES" starting Friday, April 17, 2026, spinning out carefully selected works through a unique aesthetic eye.

To commemorate this event, special T-shirts projecting the works of five photographers leading the contemporary photography scene will be launched. Additionally, a reception party open to everyone will be held on the evening of the first day.

This special item features works by gorgeous artists leading the contemporary art and photography world, including Tim Barber, who serves as the curator of this event.

We picked up their iconic works from the artists exhibiting at "TINYVICES ARCHIVES". Under the direction of semoh, we shaped them into special products.

For the body of the T-shirts, we adopted the historic American brand "ONEITA". Characterized by its tough and thick texture, ONEITA's body has a high affinity with the street and culture scenes of the 90s, directly drawing out the strength of the photographers' works this time.

RECEPTION PARTY

On the evening of Friday, April 17, the first day of the event, we will hold a reception party celebrating the launch. At the venue, in addition to the sale of limited T-shirts, valuable archival works of the photographers will be exhibited. We have prepared a special space where you can enjoy shopping leisurely while touching the sensibilities of artists active on the global stage, accompanied by pleasant music and drinks.
