Kenta Hino Releases New Digital Single 'New Day, New Me' on June 3

The year before last, he participated in the Netflix audition program 'timelesz project', and last year he began his artist activities. He released the album 'Confluxion', held a one-man live at Shibuya duo MUSIC EXCHANGE, and has been actively performing at joint concerts and events.

On June 3, Kenta Hino released 'New Day, New Me'.

This work was written and composed by Kenta Hino, and arranged by SPENSR, who has performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '23, provided songs for M!LK and various other artists, and arranged music for Arche. It is a refreshing retro-pop J-pop tune that expresses his unique voice, based on soul and gospel, and his personality.

"A new today exists connected to yesterday." It is a light, down-to-earth pop song themed around that feeling.

Furthermore, a one-man live titled 'KENTA HINO ONEMAN LIVE "New Day, New We"' is scheduled for July 25 at ADRIFT Shimokitazawa. This time, the band will feature a keyboard, drums, and a DJ, offering a stage where you can experience Kenta Hino's evolved performance.

Kenta Hino

A Jazz/R&B singer from Ehime Prefecture.

He studied Black music, mainly classic soul, in Harlem, New York, USA, and studied under Grammy Award-winning singer Bryon Neal. His weapons are his powerful, overwhelming expressiveness and unique voice, based on soul and R&B.

He began activities in 2021 as part of the unit Emmanon and as a solo artist. Centered on Jazz R&B, he pursues his unique musical style with pianist Yuki Nambu and drummer/DJ Kazuma Hirao, performing live mainly in Tokyo.

In 2024, he participated in 'timelesz project -AUDITION-'.

He was among the 15 general applicants selected from approximately 19,000 applicants and advanced to the fourth round of judging, gaining attention for his 'unique voice'.

On October 22, 2025, he released his 1st album 'Confluxion'.
