Real Estate Investment Firm Vertex Holds 2026 New Employee Entrance Ceremony

Vertex Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuji Kajio) held this year's entrance ceremony on April 1, 2026. The company welcomed 18 new employees, the largest number in its history.

As the company strengthens its organizational structure, new graduate recruitment was conducted as an initiative to support business expansion, under a hiring policy that plays a crucial role in achieving further growth.

The CEO, other executives, and members of the steering committee attended the ceremony, offering words of welcome and encouragement to each new employee. The 18 new members are expected to be active in various fields such as sales, consulting, and real estate planning and development, becoming a new force to support Vertex's future growth.

Strengthening New Graduate Recruitment and Human Resource Development in the Business Expansion Phase

Our company is strengthening new graduate recruitment every year during its business expansion phase. Last year, we promoted the strengthening of our business foundation and product capabilities by opening two new locations and completing our first IoT mansion as an in-house project, handling everything from development to construction management. Furthermore, this year, we have obtained a license for the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act* and are proceeding with new property development, establishing a system to provide more diverse real estate investment options.
