First International Competition for the '7SeaS HYROX' Industrial Sports Team

Visionary Inc. (President: Yusuke Niwa, HQ: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), which operates disability welfare services, participated in the 'HYROX' fitness competition held in Incheon, South Korea, on May 15, 2026. This was the first international competition for the company's newly established industrial sports team.

On the day of the event, a total of 8 athletes competed in various categories, marking a new step forward for the team as they contended with rivals from both Japan and abroad.

### What is HYROX?

HYROX is a fitness race originating in Germany, currently gaining worldwide popularity with events held globally. It is an indoor large-scale fitness race consisting of 8 repetitions of a 1km run alternated with 8 different types of functional training. Based on the concept of a “fitness race for everyone,” it tests overall physical abilities including strength, endurance, and stamina, while being accessible to anyone regardless of athletic experience.

### Background of Participation

Visionary Inc. has been working to create new value and refresh the image of the nursing care industry through initiatives known as “Muscle Caregivers.”

In this context, the company sees significant potential in HYROX from the perspectives of creating fields to utilize strength and stamina, fostering an environment where employees can take on challenges while working, and cultivating a culture that achieves results as a team.

As an extension of their fitness industrial team, the company focused on HYROX as a new venue for challenges and established the HYROX industrial team. This was their first appearance in a competition.
