Visionary Inc. (President and CEO: Yusuke Niwa, Head Office: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), which operates disability welfare services, announces the launch of the '7SeaS Academy' on July 20, 2026 (Monday, national holiday), Ocean Day, to strengthen the development of students and athletes participating in fitness competitions.

First Academy Launch by 'Muscle Caregivers' from the Fitness Corporate Team '7SeaS FITNESS'

About the Fitness Corporate Team '7SeaS FITNESS'

7SeaS FITNESS is a corporate fitness team composed of 'muscle caregivers' who work in the field of disability welfare services while competing in bodybuilding events. The name '7SeaS (Seven Seas)' reflects the aspiration to go beyond Japan—across the <seven seas>—to the world, inspired by fitness.

The initiative began as a response to the social challenge of workforce shortages in the welfare industry. Instead of simply encouraging career changes into caregiving, the company aimed to gather fitness athletes and create an environment where they could continue pursuing their dreams through fitness, believing that supporting their challenges would lead to new talent connections.

Background of the Student Academy Launch

In recent years, interest in fitness competitions has grown among young people, with many students actively participating. However, new challenges have emerged, such as excessive dieting based on fragmented information from social media, injuries from self-taught training, and mental health issues. Additionally, there are limited opportunities to systematically learn 'posing,' a key factor in competition performance.

Therefore, the 7SeaS Academy will feature active athletes as instructors, offering a practical environment to learn correct training methods, stage-appealing posing techniques, and mental management for maintaining peak condition—aiming to nurture the next generation of athletes who can sustainably and healthily continue their competitive journey.
