The event, titled 'The Most Delicious Relationship Between Fruit Trees and Sweets,' focuses on an experiential program from fruit tree cultivation to live sweets demonstration.

First Collaboration Between Leading Pastry Chef and Popular Gardening Influencer

VISON, a resort for food and healing in Taki Town, Mie Prefecture, will hold a special collaboration event titled 'The Most Delicious Relationship Between Fruit Trees (FRUITree) and Sweets' on Sunday, June 7, 2026, featuring world-renowned pastry chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi and popular gardening YouTuber Kahmenkun.

Hironobu Tsujiguchi, winner of numerous international competitions, and Kahmenkun, who continues to share the appeal of home gardening, will connect everything from fruit tree cultivation to sweets production under the theme of 'Grow, Make, and Taste.'

Thinking from 'Fruit Trees' Rather Than Fruit

'Green de go! with Kahmenkun house,' a garden shop that opened at VISON last December, features plants that Kahmenkun is passionate about called 'FRUITree.' They propose trees as 'life partners' that allow you to enjoy 'looking, growing, and eating' by combining fruit-bearing trees with trees that fit into daily life.

The theme this time is 'Blueberry.' By rethinking food from the perspective of 'growing trees' rather than just the fruit itself, they deliver a 'delicious cycle' that continues into everyday life.
