Komatsu Wall IT Unveils Headquarters Shutter Art "COUPLER" to Connect with Community

Komatsu Wall IT Co., Ltd., a leader in partition and door solutions, has unveiled its latest "_ing" project initiative: a large-scale shutter art piece titled "COUPLER" by artist Masakatsu Sashie. Located at the company's headquarters in Kanazawa, the work aims to transform the physical barrier of a shutter into a point of connection with the community. By depicting partitions as "connectors" rather than "dividers," the project addresses challenges such as aging building aesthetics, regional safety, and corporate identity. The artist, Sashie, is known internationally for his floating sphere motifs. An exhibition by the artist is scheduled to take place at the headquarters in November 2026.
