Wantedly, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akiko Naka) announced that starting June 2, 2026 (Tuesday), it will introduce the new 'Employee Survey' feature within its 'learning recruitment management system, Wantedly Hire.' This feature allows companies to survey and analyze employee performance after they join the organization. Equipped with AI analysis capabilities, it extracts common traits from high-performer data and proposes them as 'AI Recruitment Criteria.' By adjusting existing criteria based on these proposals, companies can hire candidates who are more likely to succeed with greater reproducibility. The 'Employee Survey' is available for free to companies using the 'Professional' plan or higher on Wantedly Hire. For those on plans below 'Professional,' it is available as an option for 30,000 yen (excluding tax) per month. The new feature supports survey creation and automated distribution. By enabling evaluations at regular cycles, such as 30 or 60 days after joining, companies can continuously and precisely grasp the performance level of the subjects. Survey data is automatically accumulated in the system, allowing HR managers to review and analyze the content themselves or request AI analysis. Based on the recruitment documents of high performers who scored '4' or '5' on the 5-point scale survey, the AI extracts common items and proposes 'AI Recruitment Criteria.' By refining existing criteria based on these suggestions, companies can achieve 'highly reproducible hiring' of talent expected to thrive.
