Wantedly, Inc. will exhibit at the 25th [Tokyo] General Affairs, HR, and Accounting Week, held from Wednesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.

The General Affairs, HR, and Accounting Week is a trade show for back-office professionals, consisting of nine specialized exhibitions. Wantedly will participate in the 'HR EXPO' and the 'Employee Benefits EXPO.' At the HR EXPO, the company will feature its next-generation applicant tracking system, 'Wantedly Hire,' and its recruiting service, 'Wantedly.' At the Employee Benefits EXPO, it will present its benefits service, 'Perk.' Visitors can experience service demonstrations at each booth and receive limited-quantity snacks.

During the event, a 'Back-Office Solutions Seminar' will be held, featuring Yuri Hashiya, General Manager of Wantedly's Engagement Business Division. The seminar will focus on 'talent retention' and introduce methods for utilizing employee benefits to encourage long-term employee success. It will propose a new approach that resonates with employees and improves retention by reflecting the company's unique culture and values, addressing the common issue of underutilized traditional benefits programs.

The seminar will take place on Wednesday, June 17, from 16:30 to 17:10 in Room 6. Ms. Hashiya, after her experience at Sharp Corporation, has held leadership roles in various HR businesses and currently focuses on improving corporate organizational development at Wantedly.

Regarding the exhibited services, 'Wantedly' is a recruiting service that connects companies with talent based on shared values. 'Wantedly Hire' is an applicant tracking system equipped with features like automated interview scheduling. 'Perk' is an employee benefits service that supports the daily lives of employees.

Under its mission of 'Increasing the number of people who are passionate about their work through ultimate matchmaking,' Wantedly, Inc. operates the business SNS 'Wantedly,' which has surpassed 44,000 registered companies and 4.4 million individual users. In September 2021, the company launched its 'Engagement Suite' to support employee retention and success, aiming to become 'an infrastructure for all working people' by comprehensively supporting them from hiring through to post-onboarding engagement.
