Wolfgang's Steakhouse TEPPAN, a new brand from the world-renowned NY steakhouse, will host a special collaboration event with Teruzushi, based in Kitakyushu, at its Ginza location on June 28 (Sun) and 29 (Mon).

Teruzushi, led by its third-generation master Takayoshi Watanabe, is famous worldwide among foodies for its uncompromising commitment to ingredients and its dramatic, theater-style performances. During this event, guests will enjoy a live-performance course meal prepared jointly by the TEPPAN chefs and Watanabe.

The menu features steak made from USDA Prime-grade beef, dry-aged in-house in a dedicated aging chamber, paired with sushi crafted from premium ingredients sourced by Watanabe. Two course options are available at 39,000 yen and 55,000 yen (tax and service charge excluded).

Reservations can be made through the restaurant's website. Guests can look forward to a unique dining experience in Ginza that blends the essence of dry-aged beef with top-tier culinary entertainment.
