Hard Rock Cafe Ueno Station Tokyo Launches Limited-Time Collaboration Menu with 'Grand Van Gogh' Exhibition

Hard Rock Cafe Ueno Station Tokyo, an American restaurant known for its music-focused dining experience, is hosting a collaboration with the 'Grand Van Gogh' special exhibition at the Ueno Royal Museum. From June 1st (Mon) to July 31st (Fri), the restaurant will serve a special original menu inspired by the world of Van Gogh, featuring the 'Citrus & Starlight Cheesecake' and the 'Citrus & Starlight Soda' non-alcoholic cocktail.

Created specifically for the collaboration, the 'Citrus & Starlight Cheesecake' is baked with fresh lemon juice and zest, and served with a refreshing homemade lemon curd. The 'Citrus & Starlight Soda' is a non-alcoholic cocktail blended with butterfly pea syrup, blue curacao syrup, fruit juice, tonic water, and iced tea.

These items are available for tea time before or after visiting the exhibition, or as a dessert to conclude a meal. Guests are invited to experience the world of Van Gogh through these special creations.
