WECARS Yamagata Store Conducted a Workplace Experience Program!

WECARS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "WECARS") conducted a workplace experience program on May 12 and 13, 2026, at its WECARS Yamagata store, welcoming two second-year students from Yamagata Private Seventh Junior High School.

On the first day, the students toured the showroom, learned about WECARS, and experienced tasks such as taking vehicle photos and participating in sales negotiations. On the second day, they worked alongside WECARS employees on tasks including the flow of vehicle maintenance, hands-on practice and car washing, and process management.

As a token of gratitude to the local community, WECARS aims to contribute to the region and actively accepts workplace experience programs at its stores nationwide. The company is committed to providing not just enjoyable experiences, but meaningful learning opportunities that help students understand the significance of working and enhance their motivation for future career choices, in consultation with school officials and the students themselves.
