Forest Adventure Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Masaki Takuwa) and Zenkyoken Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City; President: Kokichi Horiguchi), which operates cram schools mainly in Northern Kyushu, held a media presentation and trial event on May 24, 2026, at Forest Adventure Hisayama to mark the launch of their joint project, 'Forest Learning.'

This project is a new initiative that takes 'learning' out of the classroom and into nature, combining the expertise of Forest Adventure, which operates 45 'nature-symbiotic outdoor parks' nationwide, and Zenkyoken, which runs 80 cram schools. At the first site, Forest Adventure Hisayama, 20 'questions' devised by Zenkyoken instructors have been installed. Children can experience questions related to Japanese, math, science, and social studies—such as 'How tall is this tree?' or 'What is the speed of the zip slide?'—while enjoying the activities.

Moving beyond the stereotype that 'studying is done at a desk,' this collaboration between a cram school and an outdoor park creates a new educational experience that fuses play and learning.
