We are pleased to announce that Birdman Co., Ltd. (TSE Growth: 7063) has newly joined the project (hereinafter the 'Project') previously disclosed on April 24, 2026, regarding the 'Basic Agreement (MOU) among 5 Companies for the Development and Operation of AI-Specialized High-Performance Data Centers.'

This Project is an initiative to build next-generation infrastructure, targeting 10 locations in Japan, to meet the surging demand for computing resources driven by the spread of generative AI and big data. With the participation of Birdman, the creative and marketing expertise has been added to the five original partners (abc Inc., ReYuu Japan Inc., Image One Co., Ltd., Wintest Corp., and FD Co., Ltd.), transitioning to a six-company structure. This establishes a framework capable of broadly covering the business, from the 'hardware' aspect of infrastructure construction to the 'software' aspect of market penetration and value creation.

1. Background and Purpose of Additional Participation The Project was launched against the backdrop of the rapidly expanding generative AI and big data markets, with the aim of securing advanced computing resources in Japan.

With the participation of Birdman, which has an outstanding track record in branding, marketing, and creative fields, the Project can build a structure that covers not only the 'hardware' aspects of infrastructure construction and operation but also the 'software' aspects such as market penetration and value creation.

Furthermore, the partner companies (abc Inc., ReYuu Japan Inc., Image One Co., Ltd., Wintest Corp., FD Co., Ltd., and Birdman Co., Ltd.) will fuse their respective areas of expertise to provide a next-generation AI foundation while optimizing investment efficiency.

2. Business Scheme and Objectives The partner companies share the following milestones and schemes in this Project:

Establishment of a Joint Venture: We plan to establish a jointly funded company, provisionally named 'AI Data Partners,' around May 2026.

Utilization of Business SPCs: To ensure flexible financing and efficient asset management, we will establish 'Business SPCs (Special Purpose Companies)' for individual projects under the joint venture to effectively utilize project finance and funds from external investors.

Business Targets: We aim to acquire and operate data centers at approximately 10 domestic locations and build a stable, high-yield business model that targets an IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 6% or higher as a metric of investment efficiency.
