With Earth Home Opens 'DAYS with KofuShowa,' an Experiential Complex with Cafe

With Earth Home, a custom home brand under the Shin Showa Group, grand-opened its experiential complex, 'DAYS with KofuShowa,' in Showa-cho, Yamanashi Prefecture, on May 16, 2026. Centered on the concept of 'Bringing a circle (wa) to daily life,' the facility is a new style of lifestyle complex that combines traditional model homes with a cafe in collaboration with the outdoor brand 'DOD' and a lodging facility where visitors can experience living.

The development of this facility was driven by the desire to make the region more accessible and build deeper connections among local residents. It was designed as a space to nurture human relationships and warmth, moving beyond the mere provision of housing to consider the future of the community.

The 'DOD 330 CAFE' offers lunch and dinner, with terrace seating available for pet owners, aiming to serve as a local recreational space. The shop on the second floor sells products from the 'DOD 330' lifestyle line, including Yamanashi-exclusive items.

A ceremony was held on the day before the grand opening. Satoshi Kanzaki, Representative Director of With Earth Home, remarked, 'Traditional residential showrooms were only for those looking to purchase a home. We want to transform this into a place where diverse people can visit and build a 'circle' (wa).' He also declared the company's ambition to expand the 'DAYS with' model across the Kanto region in the future.

Artist KIMIKA, who serves as a Yamanashi Tourism Ambassador, performed at the event, further enlivening the celebration.
