Co-browse Solution "Withdesk Browse" Provided to Tokyu Corporation

Withdesk Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Yuto Taguchi; hereinafter, Withdesk) has begun providing "Withdesk Browse," a co-browse solution of its Digital Co-Experience Platform "Withdesk," to Tokyu Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director President: Masahiro Horie; hereinafter, Tokyu).

Overview of Withdesk Browse Implementation

Tokyu has now introduced Withdesk Browse, provided by Withdesk, enabling them to offer co-browse support that allows screen sharing regardless of the customer's device (PC, smartphone, tablet) for customers who are having trouble with procedures or operations on their website. This co-browse support will primarily be utilized for guiding the registration procedures for "Tokyu Plus," a new web service and app for TOKYU POINT members that launched on February 18, 2026. The Tokyu Plus app offers "Value Ticket Benefits" and "Point Up Benefits" for the "TOKYU POINT Program," a new rank-up program for TOKYU POINT members that started on April 1, 2026, allowing them to use Tokyu Group facilities and affiliated stores more advantageously.

In this implementation, customers do not need to install an app in advance, making it easy for anyone to start co-browse support without burdening customers who are anxious about web operations. Furthermore, highly confidential input such as passwords can be masked so that operators cannot view them, which has been highly evaluated as enabling customer support that considers security. In addition, real-time screen sharing is possible regardless of the device used by the customer, and with comprehensive support such as operators performing scrolling operations on behalf of the customer and guiding operations with a mouse cursor, it was evaluated that problem identification time could be shortened and problem resolution rates improved, leading to the decision to implement Withdesk Browse.
