WOOC Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Hirohisa Shimizu), operator of the BIZcomfort coworking and rental office space, will open 'BIZcomfort Minami-Machida ANNEX' on June 1, 2026, equipped with women-only rooms and powder rooms. This dual-location system, including the main building already operating within Grandberry Park, allows users to choose facilities based on their specific needs and timing.

▼ Two working choices in Minami-Machida The Minami-Machida area, integrating commercial facilities, parks, and residential zones, allows work to fit seamlessly into daily routines. To meet diverse user needs, the main building and ANNEX have distinct roles.

[Main Building: BIZcomfort Minami-Machida] Located in Grandberry Park, a concierge is on-site daily from 9:00 to 20:00. It supports face-to-face services, package receiving, and drop-in use. A nursery is located nearby, facilitating a balance between work and childcare.

[ANNEX: BIZcomfort Minami-Machida ANNEX] Located a 6-minute walk from Minami-Machida Grandberry Park Station, it is available 24/7, 365 days a year. It allows for work during times when users are most focused. There is also a nursery on the floor above the ANNEX.

▼ Environment for women to focus The ANNEX features women-only rooms to provide a secure environment for women. In addition, powder rooms equipped with hair irons and care products are provided in the women's restroom. Security is bolstered with cameras at all sites and patrols at the ANNEX 5–7 days a week.
