Notice Regarding the Absorption-Type Merger of Nara Royal Hotel Inc.

World Heritage Inc. (Headquarters: 1071 Takabatake-cho, Nara City; Representative: Masanori Azuma) will absorb Nara Royal Hotel Inc. on the effective date of April 1, 2026, for the purpose of strengthening the overall management structure of the group and consolidating resources. As a result, World Heritage Inc. will be the surviving company and will inherit all the rights and obligations of Nara Royal Hotel Inc.

Through this merger, we aim to maximize group synergy and further strengthen competitiveness, as well as improve services and reliability. There are no changes to the conventional management structure and contact points, so we ask for your continued patronage.
