〈About the Inter-Prefectural Mutual Aid Platform for Water Circulation Systems〉 The Inter-Prefectural Mutual Aid Platform is a system for mutual support between municipalities that enables the rapid delivery of water-related equipment for daily life to disaster-stricken areas on a national scale during disasters, through a consolidated and deployed system centered on prefectures. Equipment dispersed and held by each municipality is identified and organized by prefecture during normal times, and consolidated to disaster-stricken prefectures upon disaster occurrence. By grasping water demand and optimizing allocation, the aim is to deliver necessary support "within one week of disaster occurrence." <img src="https://prcdn.freetls.fastly.net/rele
