Seiko Epson Adopts WOVN.io for Sustainability Page Translation Platform

Seiko Epson, rooted in watch manufacturing and now primarily focused on printing, projectors, and crystal devices, has adopted WOVN.io for its sustainability page. The company previously faced challenges with high costs, labor, and inconsistencies in translation for its English sustainability content, which is crucial for ESG external evaluations. WOVN.io was chosen for its custom generative AI model 'Maestro' that ensures high translation accuracy and consistency, its ability to easily build English sites without additional development, a user-friendly UI with a live editor for non-engineers, and flexible language expansion capabilities. The current implementation translates Japanese sustainability content to English. Seiko Epson plans to further enhance the AI model's accuracy and consider expanding to other languages beyond English, given its over 80% overseas sales ratio. WOVN.io, a solution for accelerating corporate globalization with AI, supports up to 45 languages and 79 locales and has been adopted by over 18,000 sites. Wovn Technologies Inc. was established in March 2014, headquartered in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo, with CEO Takeharu Hayashi.
