WOW WORLD, a company supporting corporate CX improvement through SaaS development, has published a case study interview regarding the implementation of its 'WEBCAS e-mail' and 'WEBCAS formulator' systems at Mazda Motor Corporation. Mazda utilizes WEBCAS across various internal fields, including public relations. We interviewed their staff about the specific use cases and the reasons for their continued use over the past 20 years.

Mazda is an automotive manufacturer with over 100 years of history. They have integrated WEBCAS systems to support various operations. A primary use case is the distribution of news releases in the PR sector. To proactively share information, Mazda launched the 'MAZDA NEWSROOM' site in 2020, where users can register to receive the latest news. The company uses WEBCAS to distribute Japanese and English emails, utilizing HTML templates that incorporate their corporate logo and colors to ensure brand consistency. With approximately 100 news releases per year, these templates have significantly improved operational efficiency.

Furthermore, these emails support stable traffic to the NEWSROOM. Beyond PR, Mazda uses the WEBCAS formulator system for 180 different forms, including event applications and internal surveys, highly valuing the system's design flexibility and ease of use.
