This free-entry outdoor event features 12 musical acts including steel pan bands and reggae artists, along with 24 food stalls serving authentic cuisine like jerk chicken and Cuban sandwiches. Visitors can also explore 11 craft booths and interactive art displays. The festival aims to promote international understanding through cultural immersion in Latin American and Caribbean music, gourmet food, and art near the Tokyo Skytree.
