XENCE's 'Circular Wooden Greenhouse™' Wins Five Domestic and International Awards

The 'Circular Wooden Greenhouse™,' developed and sold by XENCE (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; CEO: Kotaro Ozawa), a company developing architectural modules to accelerate the circular economy, has won the internationally prestigious 'Red Dot Design Award 2026' in the Urban Design category. Since its launch in 2025, the product has won the 'Good Design Award 2025,' 'Wood Design Award 2025,' 'Wood Utilization Competition,' and the 'Super Interdisciplinary Forum Aichi 2026 Dairei Kogyo Award,' solidifying its reputation both domestically and internationally. The Circular Wooden Greenhouse™ uses unused timber from sawmills as its main structural material. While priced at or below the level of steel-frame greenhouses, it achieves carbon negativity by sequestering carbon during the construction phase. The company is now looking toward expansion into overseas markets.
