For the year and a half since our opening, we have only welcomed guests during the evening hours. This lunch kaiseki is structured as a sequence, featuring grilled Jidori chicken (female) as the main focus, followed by seasonal vegetable skewers, a seasonal delicacy, and finally a Oyakodon (rice bowl) made with Uonuma "Yukitsubaki" and Jidori chicken (female). Each skewer will quietly leave a lingering aftertaste through the precise grilling that maximizes the individuality of each part of the Jidori chicken (female).
