Yamada Consulting Group has relocated its offices in Singapore, India, and Malaysia to bolster its business operational capabilities and recruitment in Asia. This move is not merely about changing locations; it aims to develop and strengthen functions for supporting 'business transformation' execution at the local level. By doing so, the company will be able to provide high-value services—ranging from strategic planning for consulting, including M&A, to execution support and post-merger integration (PMI)—more rapidly as a unified team, including its operations in Japan.

For consulting services in Asia, excluding China, under the YAMADA Consulting & Spire (Y&S) brand, the company has positioned Singapore as its regional hub to support Japanese companies' market entry and business expansion in Asia. Recently, the company relocated its Singapore, India, and Malaysia offices to more competitive buildings. This is a strategic initiative to accelerate local recruitment and enhance service provision systems by optimizing office environments. Singapore will further strengthen its strategic planning and project management functions as a hub to provide optimal business solutions for the entire Asian region. In India, by deepening collaboration with Manas Corporate Partners, an Indian M&A specialist company acquired in April 2026, the firm will enhance its local capabilities in M&A-related consulting in a high-growth market. In Malaysia, the company will accelerate recruitment to expand project execution capabilities and the breadth of its services.

Through these initiatives, the company intends to strengthen its presence and local response capabilities in Asia, providing high-value consulting services more swiftly.
