Yamanashi Chuo Bank, Ltd. (President: Yoshiaki Furuya) has accepted two cases of "Yamanashi Chugin SDGs Private Placement Bonds" totaling 240 million yen.
This product is available to companies that clear high eligibility requirements and are actively engaged in initiatives contributing to the achievement of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). By providing preferential treatment on the underwriting commission at the time of issuance, the bank allows the issuing company to use the difference between the preferential fee and the prescribed fee as a source of funds to make donations to organizations implementing activities that contribute to SDGs.
Through the provision of this product, the bank aims to respond to the diverse financing needs of customers, support initiatives that contribute to SDGs, and actively work toward creating a sustainable local community and regional contribution activities.
