In recent years, hot pot dishes have been avoided in summer due to extreme heat. However, 'spicy-umami' dishes that stimulate appetite are in stable demand. Therefore, Yamaya has developed three limited-time menus under the theme of 'Kyushu gourmet you want to eat in summer.' 'Hakata RED Mala Motsu Taki-Gyoza' combines the famous 'Taki-Gyoza' with offal, proposing a new way to enjoy it. 'Spicy Motsunabe' adds a spicy kick to the existing hot pot, making it appealing even in hot weather. During lunch, the 'Chilled Gobo-ten Goto Udon Set' will be available, offering a refreshing meal using Goto udon noodles.
