Yanase Co., Ltd. (President: Kousoku Morita) will reopen its "Yanase Suginami Branch (Mercedes-Benz Suginami Chuo)" after renovation, adopting the latest Mercedes-Benz showroom CI, "MAR20X," with operations commencing on Saturday, July 4th.

The Yanase Suginami Branch is located on a major access route crossing the Setagaya, Suginami, and Tama areas, and serves as one of the core hubs for the western Tokyo metropolitan market. Based on the latest brand standards, it creates a new customer touchpoint where the visit itself becomes a valuable experience by integrating a high-quality, sophisticated luxury space with an easy-to-understand sales environment utilizing digital technology. Furthermore, we are pursuing improved customer satisfaction at all touchpoints, including impressive vehicle handover experiences utilizing the handover process and enhanced hospitality to ensure customers have a comfortable wait during repairs and inspections.

This is the third location in the Tokyo area to adopt "MAR20X" for Yanase. With this renovation, the branch will house a showroom, certified pre-owned vehicles, and after-sales service functions, and will further strengthen sales as a state-of-the-art integrated core facility providing everything from sales to aftercare.
